The all-new project is a five-story building, where the ground floor is dedicated for services and car-parking only. The rest four floors accommodate 59 units divided equally over them.

The units are offered exclusively for selected senior bachelor executives and multinational corporate guests. The variety in the backgrounds of the guests makes this experience a relatively enhancing one.
